A qualified coach and mentor offering warm, honest, non-judgemental support for women navigating midlife, ADHD, identity, change and everything in between.
I’m a qualified coach and mentor, business owner, dog mum, eternal dance-music lover and a woman who reached midlife and realised there was a LOT about herself she was only just beginning to understand.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49. At the same time, I was navigating perimenopause, huge changes in my personal life, and that slightly terrifying midlife question:
“Who actually am I now?”
For years, I was the capable one. The organiser. The problem-solver. The person other people could rely on.
From the outside, I looked like I had my shit together.
Spoiler: I did not always have my shit together. 😂
Getting an ADHD diagnosis didn’t suddenly change who I was. It helped me understand who I’d been all along.
And midlife hasn’t been about becoming a completely different woman either. If anything, it’s been about peeling away some of the expectations, noise and old stories and getting back to me.
That’s what I want Be That Woman to offer other women.
